A Christmas To Believe In
Maria rounded out 2022 by moseying down to Georgia for the second annual production of A CHRISTMAS TO BELIEVE IN at the RiverCenter for Performing Arts. She was blessed to originate the role of “Angel/Eden”, bringing the good news of Christmas to the main character, and orphan named Hope, in her quest to understand the true meaning of Christmas. Sharing the joy of Christmas with her cast made her year, and singing the “O Holy Night” to a festive audience was her greatest gift!

Swinging into 2022!
In January 2022, Maria had the once in a lifetime chance to swing 4 female roles in the Off-Broadway revival of A DAY IN HOLLYWOOD, A NIGHT IN THE UKRAINE! Produced by the J2 Spotlight Company, directed by Rob Schneider and Diedre Goodwin, performed at the legendary Theatre Row. It was a rip roaring time with the “Marx Brothers"!
Turn back the clock to the 60’s!
I just wrapped up a limited run of BEEHIVE: The 60’s Musical at the Ocean City Theatre Company in Ocean City, NJ! I played “Laura” and had the privilege of personifying Janis Joplin. The highlight of every show was hearing the audience start singing along to “Me and Bobby McGee”.
Prepare Ye the Way of the Lord!
This past May of 2021, I made my return to live theatre (post COVID) in GODSPELL at the Great Plains Theatre in Abilene, KS! I got to play one of my dream roles, “Lindsay”, alongside one of the kindest and most giving casts I’ve ever been a part of. Check out my media footage for a video of “Bless the Lord”!
